SEO Toolbox Private Beta Terms

These terms are between you and Wolf of Blog Street, Inc., a Delaware corporation, 4501 Mission Bay Drive, Ste 3A, San Diego, CA 92109, USA ("we", "us"). You accept them by ticking the box when you sign up or log in to the panel.

1. Free, invited, confidential. The beta is free and by invitation. Do not share screenshots, results or details of unreleased features outside your team until we launch publicly.
2. Your agent acts as you. You connect your own AI agent with a key you create. Everything it does under your key is your responsibility.
3. Your data. Your data and your clients' data stay yours. We process them only to run SEO Toolbox, as our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement say. You confirm you may connect the Google and Microsoft accounts and load the client data you use.
4. Beta quality. Tools may change, break, be removed or reset their data without notice. Check results before you act on them. Keep your own copies of anything you need.
5. Acceptable use. No unlawful use, no use against sites or accounts you are not allowed to analyse, no unsolicited or deceptive outreach, no reselling of data, no attacks on the service. We may pause a key or account to stop a breach.
6. Feedback. We may use your feedback freely, without naming you.
7. No warranty, limited liability. The beta is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for the beta is US$100, and we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or lost rankings.
8. Ending. Either of us can end your beta access at any time. When we launch publicly, the public Terms of Service replace these and you choose whether to continue.
9. Law. California law; courts of San Diego County, California.
